Yesterday I fired up my Yamaha. I was little nervous about that, because I made all wiring on it by myself. ..but it starts at first time:)

Buell

Received next few parts for Buell frame, this time from laser cutting. I think in next week I should start welding it together

need to prepare bended backbone too.. no straight lines on this bike..;)

Invisible work..

Today was one of those day, when you work, but no one can ever see what you practically did.. a lot of little things that you must do, for your bike working good, looking well, etc.;) like in post title.. invisible work..;) but I made second muffler for FJ 1100 and this is visible..

I made it today.. its all stainless.

this is the first one, I need to make the second one tomorrow.. another few hours..;)

CB500 Mufflers

I had an idea, to install megaphone like mufflers to my CB500 cafe racer.. I couldn't find any that suits, so.. I made them myself :)

I also made this special hammer to shaping them..

I shaped, welded and grinded them, and I think they appeard well.. 

They are not, practically, mufflers yet, but they'll be:) And then painting, mat black of course, and done;) 

Torch

Today I received my new tools:) This little torch and oxygen regulator.. I love tools like baby candies:))

I found on Cyril Huze blog, that Jesse James is closing West Coast Choppers.. sad..
In my opinion, that guy, and his WCC, made a lot for motorcycle business. I'm sure, he knows what he want, and I'm sure, that he have some new ideas and we'll hear about him!
