Christmas

I  made this christmas tree stand for my friend.. it's for big christmas tree..;)) He painted it, and shows few peoples, and maybe I will need to build few more.. it's OK for me, coz it gives some money for my projects..;)

Virago update

all saturday I was working on Virago.. again, a lot of invisible (everything, what I've made, will be covered in finished bike), but necessary work..;)

last few days

OK, we have winter in Poland.. snow, cold.. hate it

thats few hours before snowing.. scratching windshield..

then snow fell, and of course my car made me a joke;) bearings in front wheel just ended.. one day everything is ok, and next day total devastation. Lucky me, it happened near my garage.. I needed to change them. And because my garage is full of bikes, I coudn't do that inside.. Oh, how fun is working on -10 (C) [14F degree]..:))     (on photo it's already done)

However.. I have some progress on Virago 535. I think in few days the frame will be done..

..and I started assembling Buell frame.. downtubes are on the jig.. everything fitting well.. like LEGO hahaha:))

few days ago my brother decided to buy from me my CB500 cafe racer:) He like it a lot:) And I'm happy of that, because I like this bike, and I always wanted to build something for my brother:)) He can appreciate good work and he deserve for it:)) I need to finish it trough the spring. Lot of time, but lot of work too;)

AND MOST IMPORTANT!! ONLY ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO MY SON BIRTH!:))) Oh, my wife looks so sweet now, and we both cant wait..:)))

Yesterday I fired up my Yamaha. I was little nervous about that, because I made all wiring on it by myself. ..but it starts at first time:)

Received next few parts for Buell frame, this time from laser cutting. I think in next week I should start welding it together

need to prepare bended backbone too.. no straight lines on this bike..;)

Invisible work..

Today was one of those day, when you work, but no one can ever see what you practically did.. a lot of little things that you must do, for your bike working good, looking well, etc.;) like in post title.. invisible work..;) but I made second muffler for FJ 1100 and this is visible..
